The terms hedgetrimmer and hedgecutter are often used to mean the same thing but Stihl have drawn a distinction in their range of ‘hedgetrimmers’.

Stihl have designed the HS82RC-E-24  with a blade speed of 3200 strokes per minute and blade tooth spacings of 38mm making this model best suited to hedge cutting.

The rotating rear handle and anti-vibration system make the HS82RC-E-24 comfortable to use for long periods ensuring maximum productivity.

With professional users in mind, Stihl have fitted this model with a reliable and powerful 22.7cc 2-Mix engine which features their ErgoStart system to ensure that minimal operator effort is required to start the engine.
