Stihl GTA26 Extension – GA01 820 5000

The STIHL GTA 26 Extension is an accessory which converts the STIHL GTA 26 Cordless Pruner into a small pole pruner, designed for cutting smaller branches at higher work areas in the garden.

The GTA 26 extension cannot be used with any other tool in the AS System – Only the GTA 26 Cordless Garden Pruner. A helmet must be worn when working above head height. The GTA 26 has been designed for occasional domestic use only.

Safer alternative to using step ladders – Providing that all safety measures outlined in the manual are adhered to, the extension can be used as a safer alternative to pruning on a raised platform. 

Fast, tool free insertion and removal – The AS 2 battery stays in the machine which allows for fast switching between working on the ground and working at height.

Branch hook – Ideal for removing twigs that get stuck in the canopy.

Ergonomic fixed length aluminium shaft – The extension is lightweight for reduced fatigue, features a soft grip handle for good control and the bend in the shaft allows the guide bar to be in line with the shaft for reduced tipping during use.
