Stihl GHE105 Electric Garden Shredder

Powered by a 2200 watt electric motor, the Stihl GHE105 is a compact chipper shredder for the volume reduction of garden waste such as twigs, branches, hedge clippings and leaves.

The opening to the shredding chamber of the GHE105 is best suited to hard garden waste such as branches, twigs and woody hedge clippings but smaller volumes of softer green waste such as flower cuttings, leaves and thin twigs can also be processed.

The maximum cutting capacity of the GHE105 is 35mm.

Processed garden waste is ideal for composting, putting back on the garden as a mulch or simply popping in your recycling bin.

Access to the shredding chamber for cleaning and blade replacement is very easy. Simply loosen two thumb wheels and the hopper can be removed very quickly.

Safety is paramount when using a garden shredder so the exit from the shredding chamber is fully guarded to minimise the possibly of flying debris and a safety switch prevents the machine from operating with the chute removed.
