Stihl FS50C-E Grass Trimmer

The Stihl FS50C-E grass trimmer makes the perfect addition to your garden tools and is ideal for light duty grass trimming along walls, under fences and around trees. With an FS50C-E, you’ll soon have long grass and weeds tamed.

A key feature of the FS50C-E is Stihl’s ErgoStart system. This is a spring assisted starting system which helps to make starting the engine feel almost effortless.

Stihl’s fuel efficient 2-Mix 2-stroke engine is fitted to the FS50C-E and provides plenty of power to the nylon line cutting head. When the mowing line is worn, simply tap the cutting head on the ground gently and more line will be released automatically. When it is time to refill the cutting head, reloading cord is very easy.

For tougher mowing conditions, an optional Polycut head is available. The Polycut head features plastic blades and can also be used with pre-cut lengths of nylon mowing line.

Stihl manufacture a large range of grass trimmers and brushcutters, many of which are used by professional operators. Although from the homeowner range, the FS50C-E is still built to Stihl’s exacting standards to ensure durability and reliability.
